TICKET POLICY of ISLA NENA AIR SERVICE, INC.
ALL reservations must be prepaid in advance with a Visa o Mastercard, Corporate Checks, Money Order or Cash. The customer authorize all charges to the credit card by providing us with the complete information of it. (number, expiration date, name)
- The Tickets are non- refundable or transferable.
- The Agreement must be signed prior to departure date in order to honor the Reservation. (OR AN E-MAIL ACCEPTING THIS POLICY HAVE TO BE SENT PRIOR TO THE CHARGES TO THE CREDIT CARD.
- Cancellations have to be made 48 hours prior to traveling date and time by calling our Reservation Center during working hours, or by sending a Fax or via e-mail is islanenaair@gmail.com
- In case of cancellation:
- the ticket will be valid for twelve months from the date it was issued.
- A penalty of 15.00 per ticket per pax will be deducted from the total amount paid and the balance left will be used in the purchase of the new ticket.
- In case no tickets are purchase at the cancellation time, the credit left will be valid for one year
- Changes or time or date:
- All changes have the penalty of 15.00 per passenger per change. The original amount paid will have the necessary deductions and any balance left must be paid before a New Ticket is Issued or any Credit left will be apply to the new purchase
- Each passenger is allowed 30 pounds of luggage, the excess will be charged at .50 cents per pound if it can be transported. You must advise us prior to reserving of your average luggage.
- Check-in in San Juan International Airport have to be made 2 hours before departure time. Check-in in Vieques or Culebra or Ceiba Airports have to be made 45 minutes before departure time.
- Flight time and fares are subject to change without notice.
- All flights will be close 30 minutes before departure. Walk-up customers may be accepted then.
- If any boarding pass is misplaced by the customer, at the check in the customer will pay the full fare applicable to the reserved services.
- Isla Nena Air Service, Inc. reserves the right to reject any passenger that represents a threath to the security and safety of the flight.
- Isla Nena Air Service, Inc. will not assume any responsibilities for delays or cancellation due to weather conditions that may affect providing the flights.
- Isla Nena Air Service, Inc. will not be held responsible for any connecting flights the passengers may have.
- Non Show passengers will loose their tickets. If the reservation was round trip, the returning seats will be cancel.
